AI Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

To support the development and improvement of AI solutions, the full-time AI Machine Learning Scientist will design, develop, and operationalize AI and machine learning systems, working in a hybrid model with one day in-office per week, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale challenges
• Build and maintain infrastructure and services that connect data sources for AI-driven applications
• Implement evaluation frameworks and governance processes to ensure AI systems are reliable and compliant

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable AI/ML pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and model governance practices
