Job Summary

To revolutionize marketing operations, the full-time AI Marketing Manager will design and implement AI-powered agents and automations to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and integrate various marketing tools in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship AI agents to automate high-volume marketing tasks such as lead routing and campaign execution
• Rebuild marketing operations infrastructure with predictive lead scoring and lifecycle management
• Integrate marketing stack systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience building systems using LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) integrated into production workflows
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, and ZoomInfo
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent for developing custom integrations and automations
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on product-like management of tools
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, RevOps, and sales to translate requirements into actionable builds
