AI Marketing Operator

Job Summary

Building and managing an AI-first marketing engine, the full-time AI Marketing Operator will create and oversee content production, SEO strategies, and outreach campaigns while working remotely from anywhere in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run the marketing engine using AI agents and automated workflows to produce high-quality content and materials
• Own the source-of-truth context layer to ensure AI output aligns with the agency's positioning and messaging
• Create and direct visual assets and maintain the website content to effectively communicate the agency's value and credibility

Required qualifications

• Strong writing and editing ability with experience in producing clear, engaging material for senior audiences
• Proficiency in AI tools and experience in building AI-assisted workflows and context design
• Experience in marketing, editorial, or content-related roles with a focus on relationship-led sales
• Ability to evaluate and improve workflows continuously based on changing tools and capabilities
• Understanding of design principles and visual storytelling, with the ability to create or direct on-brand creative assets
