AI Marketing Operator

Job Summary

Building and managing an AI-first marketing engine, the full-time AI Marketing Operator will design and optimize automated workflows, produce high-quality content, and enhance Storm's market presence while working remotely from anywhere in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run an AI-first marketing system to produce website content, articles, and LinkedIn material
• Own the source-of-truth context layer to ensure high-quality AI output and maintain brand consistency
• Create and direct creative assets, including social graphics and videos, using AI generation tools

Required qualifications

• Strong writing and editing ability with experience in creating clear material for senior audiences
• Experience in marketing, editorial, content, or communications with evidence of self-started projects
• Proficiency in AI tools and a strong understanding of the rapidly evolving landscape
• Practical knowledge of prompt configuration, context design, and lightweight technical systems
• Judgment regarding tone, quality, and accuracy of published content
