Job Summary

To support ecommerce brands in adopting Moby, the remote AI Marketing Strategist will lead customer activation, translating goals into practical workflows, and enabling operators to effectively use AI tools for marketing analysis and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer activation for Moby, identifying valuable use cases for new users
• Translate customer goals and challenges into practical workflows for Moby
• Coach customers on evaluating AI recommendations and making informed decisions

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in media buying, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing
• Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar systems
• Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or performance marketing leadership
