Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal, Growth & AI Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain MarTech infrastructure to support growth initiatives and enrich 1P data
• Implement and manage attribution infrastructure to ensure accurate measurement of marketing impact
• Evaluate and onboard AI tools relevant to performance marketing and maintain AI systems over time

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, or growth engineering
• Experience in implementing or managing complex marketing systems and signal infrastructure
• Proficiency in APIs, no-code automation tools, and SQL at a functional level
• Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context and understanding of data pipelines
• Ability to translate between marketing and technical language fluently
