Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Learning Designer (Math), this role will shape instructional vision and design engaging AI-powered math learning experiences while collaborating with engineers to enhance educational technology for elementary learners, with options for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered math lessons that integrate effective pedagogy with engaging learner experiences
• Evaluate AI tutor outputs for instructional effectiveness and developmental appropriateness
• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to improve AI-driven instruction through ongoing testing and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in math education, curriculum design, or learning science, especially for early elementary mathematics
• A strong technical foundation in computer science, AI, educational technology, or technology-enabled learning products
• Experience using LLMs and generative AI tools in daily workflows
• Ability to effectively communicate instructional ideas to engineers and product teams
• Capacity to ramp up quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
