AI/ML Developer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale healthcare technology program, the remote AI/ML Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered document processing pipelines that transform high-volume unstructured documents into structured business data while working during EST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered document ingestion and processing pipelines using AWS cloud services
- Process and classify high-volume unstructured documents across multiple formats including PDFs, DOCX files, and emails
- Develop data extraction capabilities using LLMs, OCR technologies, and rules-based processing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing RESTful services and event-driven backend applications in AWS environments
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable large language model platforms
- Proficiency in Python and AWS services including S3, Lambda, and ECS/Fargate
- Experience with document processing technologies, including OCR tools such as Textract or Tesseract
- Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a CMS T4 Public Trust clearance
