AI/ML Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff AI/ML Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the latest developments in AI/ML models and techniques
• Develop innovative techniques to enhance performance on AMD platforms and share findings with the AI community
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing customer AI workloads on AMD platforms

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; B.S. with additional experience considered
• Experience developing and debugging in Python and ML frameworks such as Pytorch and JAX
• Solid understanding of hardware and software systems, including distributed systems
• Experience optimizing AI model performance on accelerator hardware
• Knowledge of AI model optimization techniques such as operator fusion, quantization, and sparsity
