AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement AI models and pipelines for intelligent search and conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and optimize ML and LLM-based solutions for intelligent search and conversational AI
• Prepare and process structured and unstructured data for AI workflows and connect AI models to knowledge bases
• Deploy AI/ML models using APIs, microservices, and containerized environments while supporting monitoring and continuous model improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML or advanced software engineering experience
• Strong Python experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and conversational or search AI systems
• Experience deploying ML solutions to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices
