AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, train, fine-tune, and deploy multimodal and geospatially-aware foundation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and train transformer-based models, including BERT and GPT
• Build workflows for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning across NLP and multi-modal tasks
• Integrate trained models into production environments and monitor their performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of transformer or LLM-related projects
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks
• Experience with labeling tools and dataset versioning
• Strong background in NLP, embeddings, and pretraining techniques
• Understanding of model optimization techniques and ability to work with cross-functional teams on ML deployment
