AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to support clinical protocol digitization initiatives through advanced automation and knowledge modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable AI-assisted protocol generation workflows and implement human-in-the-loop automation frameworks
• Digitize protocol content into structured, machine-readable metadata and model semantic relationships across study components
• Develop and maintain knowledge graphs and implement automated validation rules for protocol consistency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in AI/ML, data modeling, or clinical data engineering roles
• Strong experience in AI/ML-enabled automation solutions and knowledge graph modeling
• Understanding of clinical study data standards such as USDM and CDISC
• Experience in data transformation and validation pipeline implementation
• Ability to model complex clinical workflows and work with structured and semi-structured healthcare data
