AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement machine learning systems for client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ML systems for survey timing optimization and free-text feedback analysis
• Create client health scoring models using various data signals
• Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure for model monitoring and versioning

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and ability to implement them from scratch
• Practical experience with LLM APIs and NLP techniques
• Experience in designing agentic architectures for AI systems
• Proficiency in Python for developing clean and testable code
• Familiarity with Google Cloud AI stack and multi-agent coordination patterns is a plus
