AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered capabilities within an Amazon Connect contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Amazon Bedrock Agents for various AI capabilities
• Design and refine prompt templates, measuring performance against SLA accuracy targets
• Develop coaching rulesets and implement QA scoring rubrics for post-call analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with LLM-based applications
• Direct experience with Amazon Bedrock, including Agent configuration and Knowledge Base setup
• Proficiency with Amazon Nova model family or equivalent foundation models
• Strong Python and/or Node.js skills for AI pipeline integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience)
