AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Building innovative models for survey data, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will develop production augmentation and profile models while collaborating with a data science team, with the option to work remotely from Spain or the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy models for survey data, managing the full path from experiment to production
• Innovate solutions to create the best simulation of survey responses, including designing experiments and models
• Utilize advanced AI tooling and collaborate with the data science team to ensure statistical integrity in testing and experiments

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Proficiency in Python programming; knowledge of Java is a plus
• Experience with traditional machine learning tools and techniques, such as support vector machines and gradient boosting
• Understanding of LLM architectures and experience in fine-tuning models
• Familiarity with SQL; knowledge of Databricks is a plus
