AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and deploying advanced machine learning solutions, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will build end-to-end pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support defense and national security missions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and pipelines to meet mission objectives
• Build, train, and fine-tune models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
• Develop and operationalize MLOps pipelines and integrate AI services into real-world systems

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Department of Defense/Department of War AI assurance and deployment environments
• Strong Python development skills with hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions
• Direct experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• Proven ability to build and deploy MLOps pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent
