AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the AI/ML Engineer will build agent capabilities for a complex transaction workflow, implementing tool integrations, data pipelines, and ensuring quality through end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement agent capabilities for individual workflow stages, adhering to orchestration models defined by the Lead Architect
• Develop tools for agent functions, including document assembly and financial analytics
• Build and maintain data pipelines against sandbox data, ensuring proper routing of approval gates and review checkpoints

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in software or machine learning engineering, with production experience in building LLM-powered features or agents
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, and prompt engineering
• Strong Python skills and practical experience in building data pipelines
• Experience in document processing across various formats like PDF and DOCX
• Exposure to commercial real estate or document-heavy transaction domains is a plus
