AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the future of AI and ML, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will design and scale core infrastructure for large language model applications, collaborating with machine learning scientists to enhance product experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure powering LLMs across critical business areas, including growth and fraud prevention
• Create robust LLM evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and guide iterations
• Deploy retrieval-augmented generation systems to ground LLM responses in the business context while ensuring PII controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in developing machine learning systems and algorithms
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production systems for consumer-scale loads
• 1+ years of professional experience developing software in Python
• Experience with operational databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch
