AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a contract role, the AI/ML Engineer will develop machine learning models under the guidance of Senior ML Engineers, focusing on data wrangling, conducting experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data wrangling activities to create datasets for ML model development
• Conduct experiments and fine-tune baseline models to optimize performance
• Collaborate with product teams and data scientists to deploy models and plan new product releases

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Software Engineering or ML/LLM Engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI and Generative AI solutions
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python and production-grade backend services
• Experience designing and implementing Large Language Model applications using platforms like OpenAI or Anthropic Claude
• Proven experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures and integrating vector databases
