AI / ML Engineer
Job Summary
As an AI / ML Engineer, the full-time position will focus on designing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents to automate processes and enhance decision-making, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents to address specific business challenges
- Monitor and maintain the health of existing AI agents in production, ensuring optimal performance and quality
- Develop evaluation frameworks for agent systems, including testing and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. 6C Security Clearance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience building agentic systems with large language models, including multi-step workflows
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems and designing evaluation sets to drive improvements
