AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support the transformation of workforce capabilities, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and machine learning workflows in a remote-friendly environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex HR and talent analytics challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to tackle complex business challenges with a focus on responsible AI use
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement across People Technology platforms
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business partners to integrate machine learning capabilities into production systems

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science
• 2+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered or machine learning solutions in production environments
• 2+ years of programming experience with Python and data libraries, such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise databases and SQL for data engineering and pipeline development
• 1+ years of experience utilizing cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, for machine learning development and deployment
