AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative AI initiatives, the full-time AI/ML Engineer will lead the design and development of ML pipelines, collaborate on scalable AI systems, and evaluate emerging technologies, all while working in a dynamic environment in Saint Paul, MN.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ML pipelines for advanced AI algorithms and models across various business domains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Deploy, test, and optimize ML models and data pipelines in production environments while providing mentorship to junior team members

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) or equivalent industry experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a production environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and building ETL pipelines using tools like Spark and Kubeflow
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience integrating machine learning models into larger system architectures and familiarity with iterative development processes
