AI/ML Engineering Technical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Data Engineering Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Analysts to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end development and operationalization of machine learning models
• Collaborate with multiple Scrum teams to integrate AI and GenAI workflows into product functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI solution development
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying machine learning and statistical analysis
• 2+ years leading technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala
