AI/ML Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovation in quality management, the full-time remote AI/ML Implementation Engineer will lead AI adoption initiatives, design and deploy AI applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the analysis and integration of AI across business lines to establish scalable quality processes
• Designing and deploying production-grade AI and ML applications that automate workflows and provide predictive insights
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure robust and secure AI solutions are production-ready

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field
• Some relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Hands-on expertise in development with Python and prompt engineering techniques
• Understanding of AI quality principles, including model validation and bias mitigation
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment
