AI/ML Platform Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support a data science group, the full-time AI/ML Platform Operations Analyst will operate Dataiku and Databricks environments, manage production analytics and ML pipelines, and ensure smooth project transitions into production while working remotely on an Eastern Time Zone schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists to transition completed projects into production, including packaging Python environments and setting up monitoring and alerting
• Maintain the promotion pre-flight checklist for releases, ensuring tasks are appropriately managed between manual processes and automation
• Triage and resolve pipeline failures, coordinating with data owners when source systems or schemas change

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in MLOps, DataOps, data engineering, or platform operations
• Production experience with enterprise data science or ML platforms such as Databricks or Dataiku
• Hands-on experience with the AWS stack (S3, IAM, Redshift) and strong Python skills
• Experience supporting data scientists from development into production, with a focus on operational tasks
