AI/ML Practice Leader

Job Summary

To lead AI/ML initiatives in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, the full-time salaried Practice Leader - AI/ML will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee technical architecture, and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and regulatory standards
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures and guide the development of machine learning pipelines for healthcare applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive the adoption of best practices in AI/ML

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience, including 4-5 years in AI/ML delivery leadership within pharma or healthcare
• Proven track record in managing AI/ML projects and understanding medical data sources
• Proficiency in ML frameworks and MLOps tools, along with expertise in cloud services
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to clinical data handling
