• Translate employee and manager needs into HR product opportunities and build/test working prototypes
• Lead requirements outline for system integrations between various HR tools
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR automation opportunities and evaluate third-party AI tools

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product management with experience in AI/ML-powered tools or platforms
• Proficiency in AI/ML development and validation
• Strong capability in rapid prototyping and systems integration
• Familiarity with HR systems and organizational strategy
