AI/ML Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote AI/ML Product Manager on a contract basis, the successful candidate will lead requirements gathering and business workshops to support the launch of a next-generation loyalty and personalization platform, translating AI-driven insights into product capabilities for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and stakeholder sessions to define product requirements
• Convert ambiguous requirements into structured product artifacts, including PRDs and user stories
• Oversee the development of AI/ML-driven personalization products, focusing on customer segmentation and campaign management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in loyalty, Martech, or CRM platforms
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of data analytics, including SQL and A/B testing
• Experience in developing product artifacts like epics and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with SaaS/Martech platforms, especially campaign orchestration tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
