AI ML Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of large-scale machine learning projects within an agile, cross-functional environment
- Collaborate with the AI/ML Council and ML Infrastructure team to design and define the use of AI/ML technology
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders, manage technical dependencies, and assess risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical project management experience or relevant experience
- Strong technical background in machine learning, including experience with deep learning frameworks
- Generative AI experience required
- Ability to work through ambiguity, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completion
- Excellent analytical skills, business judgment, and ability to influence others
