Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or AI technology roles with progressive leadership responsibility
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, ML techniques, and cloud-based AI ecosystems
• Proven success managing vendors and external partners
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited staff support
