AI/ML Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking AI/ML Technical Product Manager, this full-time position will lead the development and execution of machine learning initiatives, serving as the primary bridge between data science, engineering, and business while working in a hybrid environment in South Jordan, UT.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI/ML product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and manage the product backlog
• Drive A/B testing and performance evaluation strategies to continuously improve AI solutions and ensure compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-based products
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines
• Experience with MLOps tools, model deployment, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong knowledge of Agile principles
