AI Model Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Model Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models and multimodal systems for healthcare applications
• Build and maintain AI agents and workflows, integrating them with internal systems
• Develop evaluation datasets and implement guardrails for model compliance and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in designing, training, or deploying machine learning models
• 2+ years of experience with large language models or agentic AI systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and model-serving frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and understanding of NER, NLP, and multimodal ingestion
