AI Modeling Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Modeling Engineer (LLM Development and Fine Tuning for Semiconductor Domain).

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune Large Language Models for the semiconductor domain, focusing on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation
• Build and deploy high-impact, on-premise AI applications for Foundry use
• Install, model, and fine-tune LLMs for Semiconductor Engineering

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional LLM development experience in the semiconductor domain
• 2-4 years of direct, hands-on experience in AI/ML development focused on applied AI and LLM applications
• Strong understanding of model mathematics and inference optimization
• Experience with Fine Tune Modeling Techniques and Deep Neural Networks
• Familiarity with LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT techniques
