Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in creative writing, screenwriting, game design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, narrative design, or character-driven writing
• Familiarity with modular/structured writing approaches for generative AI
• Comfortable communicating in spoken Mandarin Chinese for team collaboration
• Able to participate in occasional cross-time zone meetings
