AI Native Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Native Engineer to design and develop AI-driven solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled systems and agentic workflows focused on production readiness
• Contribute to AI systems that integrate with existing platforms, ensuring methodological rigor
• Develop and deploy cloud-native services using APIs and modern CI/CD practices for scalable AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with three years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with five years of experience in cloud-native applications
• At least two years of programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience in developing and deploying AI or LLM-based systems, including workflows and automation
• Familiarity with major AI platforms or model providers and handling sensitive data
• Proficiency in shared version control and collaborative software development workflows
