Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the AI Native Growth Marketing Manager will execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and generate leads in a remote, contracted to full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and emerging AI-native channels
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and implement insights to improve marketing effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing tasks, including copywriting and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
