AI-Native Product Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a senior, product-minded AI-Native Product Engineer, this full-time remote position will own product areas from business objectives through design, implementation, and testing, leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas from discovery to iteration, translating business goals into user workflows and technical plans
• Design and build intuitive SaaS workflows while making thoughtful architecture decisions across various technical domains
• Critically review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring production-quality implementation and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience with a strong background in designing and improving production software
• Advanced fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous situations and challenge assumptions respectfully
• Strong technical judgment across SaaS architecture, including data modeling and API design
• Solid understanding of modern SaaS UX patterns and the ability to build polished, product-quality interfaces
