Job Summary

AI-Native Sales Development Representative, a full-time remote position, is responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities, engineering pipeline through data-driven outreach, and designing AI workflows in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) through high-level sales conversations
  • Build hyper-personalized prospecting loops using data enrichment and LLMs
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers to test and refine AI sales workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of outbound sales success, exceeding quotas in recent quarters
  • Strong interest in sales craft, including copywriting and strategy
  • Ability to automate and optimize manual processes with a "hacker" mentality
  • Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and Clay
  • Experience in an AI-native Sales Development team is preferred
