Job Summary
AI-Native Sales Development Representative, a full-time remote position, is responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities, engineering pipeline through data-driven outreach, and designing AI workflows in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) through high-level sales conversations
- Build hyper-personalized prospecting loops using data enrichment and LLMs
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers to test and refine AI sales workflows
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of outbound sales success, exceeding quotas in recent quarters
- Strong interest in sales craft, including copywriting and strategy
- Ability to automate and optimize manual processes with a "hacker" mentality
- Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and Clay
- Experience in an AI-native Sales Development team is preferred
