AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the AI-Native Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features while collaborating with AI agents to enhance coding practices and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features using C# / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Collaborate in an engineering model utilizing AI agents for code generation, testing, and documentation
• Write and maintain high-quality, tested code while participating in code reviews and troubleshooting production issues

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for back-end development
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core
• Working knowledge of React or Angular for front-end development
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and general-purpose LLMs
• Ability to write structured prompts for AI tools and evaluate AI-generated output
