AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the AI-Native Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using modern technologies while collaborating with AI agents to enhance coding practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL technologies
• Collaborate within an engineering model that leverages AI for code generation, testing, and documentation
• Write and maintain high-quality, tested code while participating in code reviews and CI/CD processes

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for back-end development
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core
• Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and general-purpose LLMs
• Ability to write structured prompts for AI tools and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and security
