AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of AI-native features, the contract-to-hire AI-Native Sr. Software Engineer will work remotely, focusing on full-stack development with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and React.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, production-quality features across the full stack
• Set quality standards for code and technical output, promoting AI-native workflows and prompt engineering
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to enhance team skills and productivity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep proficiency in web application development with backend technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs) and frontend technologies (React, Redux, TypeScript)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure deployment patterns
• Proficient with AI coding assistants and general-purpose LLMs, with the ability to evaluate and coach others on their use
