AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote AI-Native Software Engineer, this full-time position will develop and maintain AI and full-stack features, collaborating within an innovative engineering model that integrates AI directly into the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI and full-stack features using modern software engineering practices
• Collaborate in an agentic engineering model with AI participating in the SDLC alongside human engineers
• Engage with AI frameworks, APIs, and tools while deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments

Required qualifications

• Deep experience with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C#
• Knowledge of LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Azure OpenAI, and experience with prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Ability to implement secure, scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments
