AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the AI-Native Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI and full-stack features across innovative platforms, leveraging modern software engineering practices and collaborating with AI in the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI and full-stack features using contemporary software engineering practices
• Collaborate within an agentic engineering model, integrating AI directly into the software development lifecycle
• Engage with AI frameworks, APIs, and tools, and deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud environments

Required qualifications

• Deep experience with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C#
• Knowledge of LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Azure OpenAI, with experience in prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen, and vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Ability to implement secure, scalable AI solutions with a focus on observability and compliance
