AI-Native Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative platforms leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, the remote AI-Native Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain full-stack features while collaborating within an agentic engineering model that integrates AI into the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI and full-stack features using modern software engineering practices
- Collaborate with AI in the software development lifecycle, participating in code reviews and troubleshooting
- Engage with AI frameworks, APIs, and tools while working within cloud environments utilizing CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- Deep experience with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C# for enterprise backends
- Knowledge of LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Azure OpenAI, with experience in prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen, and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Ability to implement secure, scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments focusing on observability and compliance
