Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Native Software Engineer will own and build core control-plane and telemetry experiences, translating complex distributed-system concepts into user-friendly products while ensuring effective human oversight and interaction design.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop core control-plane and telemetry experiences, including domain models, events, and APIs
- Create information-rich visualizations to help users understand complex data and system behavior
- Define patterns for human oversight, determining when human judgment is necessary versus automated processes
Required qualifications
- Deep experience with data-intensive or distributed systems
- Experience building platform or control-plane software
- Exceptional product and information-design instincts
- Ability to engage across the stack, from backend architecture to user-facing experiences
- Strong understanding of AI-native product judgment and human-in-the-loop design
