Job Summary

To support the evolution of an AWS-based contact center platform, the full-time AI Operations Analyst will analyze performance, identify operational enhancements, and drive insights through reporting and analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive insights through reporting and analysis to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Support platform configuration and optimization, contributing to the design of AI-enabled customer interactions
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, contact center operations analysis, or data/reporting analysis in an operational environment
  • 1+ year of experience with contact center systems or telecom concepts (e.g., Amazon Connect)
  • 1+ year of experience working with sensitive data and understanding of HIPAA considerations
  • United States citizenship
