Job Summary

Leading operations and support for enterprise platforms, the full-time salaried AI Operations and Support Lead will ensure service excellence and operational stability across ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership and day-to-day support for AI platforms and Identity & Access Management services
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management to minimize business disruption and ensure 24x7 service continuity
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • ITIL knowledge and/or certification
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar IAM platforms
  • Exposure to AI operations and platform governance in an enterprise setting
  • Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and operational governance
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or enterprise AI support models
