Job Summary
Monitoring AI-driven workflows in production, the hybrid AI Operations Associate will investigate output-quality incidents, support operational controls, and contribute to measurement efforts while working both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor AI workflows for abnormal behavior and escalate trust-related issues
- Investigate incidents related to output quality and collaborate with technical teams on resolutions
- Support human-review processes and document operational evidence for workflow management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI operations, business process operations, production support, or QA
- Proficiency in Python and experience utilizing APIs
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on safe operations and quality issues
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows or operational analytics
