Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation operations, customer operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment
• Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
• Ability to follow and improve operational playbooks as needed
• Clear documentation skills
