AI Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the scaling of AI and automation initiatives, the full-time AI Operations Associate will design, build, and operationalize the AI operations function remotely, driving measurable operational leverage while collaborating across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's automation roadmap and deliver measurable operational leverage
• Scale the AI Operations function, including hiring and developing team members
• Conduct workflow discovery by shadowing clinical and back-office teams to identify automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, product management, or a similar analytical/technical role
• Genuine fluency with modern AI tooling, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on technical aptitude with APIs and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Exposure to healthcare, operations, or regulated industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
